Hi everyone,
Last week before we went away on our summer vacation, we attended a “Celebration of Life” for our very close friend’s mom.
She was a young 93 and lived an amazing, fun, and fabulous life.
Everyone shared a lot of awesome stories at her celebration.
It’s the stories and the great memories that keep us all so connected to each other.
She truly loved boating in the ocean waters and the salt life. It was one of her happy places.
She also truly loved her family, friends and Florida.
The family wanted to spread some of her ashes in the boat slip that she and her husband had for many years here in Connecticut.
Everyone walked down to the slip, and each of her family members, along with her many grandchildren, sprinkled her ashes.
Then one of her daughters, said, “Meg, don’t you want to spread some of Mom’s ashes?”
I never did this before, but for Jim’s mom, I was so happy to be part of her send-off.
As I was spreading some of her ashes in the water, I couldn’t believe my eyes.
On the top of the water, the ashes formed the shape of a huge anchor with the chain attached to it.
I said, “Look, look, look at the beautiful anchor! She is letting you know she loved her celebration!”
I loved everyone there and I loved attending the celebration.
I loved sending her off to her happy place, the ocean waters.
It was incredible, and I felt so touched at the sign that she sent back for everyone to witness.
Love is the Strongest Force in the Universe!
The spirit truly never leaves us if we pay attention to all of the messages and signs.
Cherish all of your stories and memories.
They do live on in our hearts forever.
The best part of the journey is the road home.
This Wednesday, August 30th, is a Full Moon.
It’s also a rare Super Moon and Blue Moon.
It’s in the sign of Aquarius-
a great time for reading, study, and scientific pursuits.
Don’t forget to let go, let go, and shed those issues!
You will feel lighter…
Gratitude,
Meg
