Hi everyone,
I was so psyched when I saw this massive tree on the beach!
My heart was so happy. I really wanted to climb up on this giant tree and pick up the energy from it.
It’s unknown where this tree floated in from… but the fact that drifted in from somewhere far away, from land to sea, was just unreal to me.
It’s always a mystery when you see the power of Mother Earth- that the ocean could move a huge tree like this.
Look at the roots of this massive tree!
When we hug trees, we get grounded from the roots of the tree. When you’re going through a difficult time or just need grounding:
-Find your favorite tree (we all have one!)
-Hug it and feel the energy from the deep roots of the tree.
It will make you feel renewed and refreshed.
Trees have a lot of gifts that they share to the world.
Shelter, building materials, H20, and many, many other attributes.
So go out and hug a tree more often!
