We are fascinated with them and we decorate our homes with images, statues, or decorations of them.
Some sailors who were out to sea for months thought they saw one…
In Greek mythology, mermaids were a symbol of Aphrodite (goddess of love, beauty, and desire). They would tempt the weak spirit, calling them in…
Historians have theorized that many manatees rising from the ocean and fluttering their fins was what some mermaid witnesses had really seen.
However, mermaids are good luck in many cultures to this day.
We all need more good luck in our lives!
They still have such a great mystery to them. Who doesn’t love that too… it keeps us young like a child, still having fun!
