January’s full moon is known as the Wolf Moon, because it was once believed that wolves howled the most at this time of year.
The moon is in the sign of Cancer:

The first full moon of 2025 is the perfect time to think about those things that no longer serve you.
Prepare this week in your meditations asking for guidance in letting go.
Ask your guides, angels, or God to assist.
Journal those items so you are prepared for the full moon.
