Hi everyone,
Well, Mrs. Raccoon finally arrived back at her residence to have her young!
Usually she arrives in June, but this year I guess she wanted to have Cancer babies.
Her face is so adorable! And all of her “yoga postures” that she does before leaving for her night hunt into darkness truly makes me watch in awe.
You can’t believe how camouflaged her fur is to the same exact color of this dead tree.
I love her masked face; I feel like she is always dressed for a Halloween party (my favorite season)!
This hole in our tree is so small for her body to get through. It’s fascinating to me how she can squeeze through. When she lies on the limb of the tree sleeping during the day hours, I can’t believe she doesn’t fall off the branch. She is balanced and protected, and she knows it. Don’t we all wish to live in that world…
These are our gifts to honor from the nature world. Recognize all of your totem animals that present themselves throughout your day.
